This product is truly what I call a miracle salve. There are many magnesium sprays and gels available but they leave the skin feeling sticky, itchy and usually sting as well. Roots and Leaves Apothecary created this blend for her children to help them sleep at night without the above issues. She created it to be used daily to get their intake of magnesium vs. taking an oral supplement as applying topically to the skin allows for increased rapid absorption into the bloodstream.
